A commitment to building relationships of trust and providing sound and informed advice to his clients is reflected in the awards Ronan has received in his more than 24 years as a real estate professional.
Ronan is a recipient of the prestigious President’s Award in recognition of the 10 Gold and Silver Awards he received in his first 13 years as a real estate professional. He was one of 45 agents to be recognized in the board’s history when he received that award in 2004. His success and contributions to the industry continue to be recognized and Ronan is a member of the Re/MAX Hall of Fame for lifetime achievement.
With a background in high tech and a commitment to ongoing professional education, Ronan ensures the Victoria Property Specialists Group is at the forefront of market trends and development.
Still, for Ronan, a Victoria resident for more than 30 years, life isn’t all business. He and Brenda, his wife and business partner, love exploring Vancouver Island. As members of the Alpine Club of Vancouver Island, they have discovered trails, mountains and valleys that can’t be reached by car and enjoy introducing these paths less travelled to newcomers and clients.
“Victoria is a destination for people who are active in all sorts of ways,” he says. “It’s becoming an outdoor mecca.”
When not working or exploring the backcountry, Ronan serves the community. The Rainbow Kitchen, which provides hot meals five days a week to Victoria’s needy, is especially dear to his heart. Most weeks Ronan supports the good work of the kitchen by doing bread runs and donning an apron to wash dishes.
